All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within South Africa. On standard delivery option

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Where available, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet our stated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. Should there be a significant delay with your order, we will notify you promptly.

6. Incorrect Delivery Details
